Arne Duncan will describe Chicago’s new efforts on that front. Randi Weingarten will discuss New York City’s foray, as well as the teacher union perspective. Margaret Bobb, a Denver Public Schools teacher, will give the in-the-trenches perspective about the Denver experience, both good and bad.
